They key to the quality of our wines is producing low yields of perfectly ripe grapes. Being a small estate (we have 5.5 hectares of vineyards in seven plots in the Communes of La Morra, Verduno, Roddi and Alba) enables us to pay close attention to each terroir. Yields are kept to a minimum using appropriate pruning methods and green harvesting (see photographs above) leaving between 1kg and 1.5kg per vine depending on the wine.
